Day by Knight Events was founded in 2015 by Kayla Knight, a Kelowna wedding planner specializing in thoughtfully planned weddings throughout the Okanagan Valley. Kayla has helped hundreds of couples plan seamless, stress-free wedding days while staying fully involved in the process. Known for calm leadership, trusted vendor connections, and meticulous attention to detail, Day by Knight Events ensures every wedding is beautifully executed so couples can truly enjoy their day.

She’s deeply connected to the Okanagan wedding community and loves collaborating with fellow vendors to create unforgettable celebrations.

As Kayla’s mom, she’s proud to be part of a family business, working closely with her daughter to bring dream weddings to life across the Okanagan. Her journey to wedding planning began in the classroom, where years as a teacher instilled patience, keen attention to detail, and an intuitive understanding of people’s needs—qualities that have become the foundation of her work as a planner.
