Day By Knight Events ("we," "us") is a wedding and event planning company based in Kelowna, British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect from you and how we use it.

When you contact us through our website, social media, or an advertisement — such as an inquiry form on Instagram or Facebook — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, wedding date or year, and any details you choose to share about your event.

How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and, if you become a client, plan your event. We may also follow up with you about your inquiry by email or phone.

What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers we use to run our business (for example, email or scheduling tools), and only as needed to communicate with you.

Advertising and social media
If you submit your details through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy. We only receive the details you submit.

Your choices
